Where you fit in

Provide and supervise skilled care, complete assessments, and guide plans of care. Active Texas RN license required.

Deliver skilled nursing visits under RN supervision. Active Texas LVN license required.

Support clinical visits, vitals, documentation, and care coordination under nurse direction. Certification (CMA/RMA) preferred.

Support clients with daily living — personal care, meals, errands, and companionship. Experience a plus; heart required.

Provide hands-on personal care and support under nurse direction. Certification and/or experience preferred.

Criminal background screening and reference checks on every hire, with license and certification verification for clinical roles.

TB screening and current CPR/first-aid where required for the role.

Skills validation, HIPAA and client-rights training, infection control, and emergency procedures before any client contact.

Clinical care is overseen by a registered nurse, with continuing education and regular check-ins throughout the year.
